Takeoff and Landing Performance Assessment (TALPA)
All MidCon crews are required to review Flight Operations Alert 16-01 prior to October 1st, 2016. This alert covers upcoming changes to the way airport operators report airport surface conditions, and how the Federal NOTAM System will incorporate the changes.
