We are not a "sign up and fly" airline All pilots are hired as First Officers on a single fleet type and must complete a comprehensive phased ground and flight training curriculum in accordance with the MidCon AQP (Advanced Qualification Program) before becoming fully qualified for line flying. Because of this attention to detail we tend to appeal to those who are interested in developing a long term airline "career" vs. the casual user.
